Digital nature of our products

All products sold on Flixy Store are digital subscriptions, software access, or account-based services. Once credentials are delivered, the product is consumed and cannot be physically returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital service.

Replacement warranty

Every subscription comes with a full-duration replacement warranty. If the service stops working or the account becomes inaccessible during the active period you paid for, we will replace or restore it at no extra cost. Warranty claims are handled on WhatsApp within 24 hours of reporting.

How to claim a replacement

Send us a message on WhatsApp with your order number, the product name, and a short description of the issue. Include screenshots or error messages if possible. We will verify the issue and either restore the existing account or provide a replacement within 24 hours.

When a refund is issued

Refunds are only issued when we cannot deliver the ordered product or when we cannot resolve a warranty issue after two replacement attempts. Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, whichever is faster, within 5–7 business days.

No-refund cases

  • • Change of mind after credentials have been delivered.
  • • Failure to use the product within its supported region or device.
  • • Sharing, reselling, or misusing the provided account credentials.
  • • Ignoring setup or usage instructions sent with the order.
  • • Orders older than 7 days without a reported warranty issue.
