Agreement to terms

By accessing or placing an order on Flixy Store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Payment Methods page. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes means acceptance.

Products and eligibility

Flixy Store resells digital subscriptions and account access for entertainment, productivity, and software services. All customers must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent to make a purchase. Products are sold for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.

Payments and delivery

Orders are placed through the checkout page. You must complete payment and, where required, send the receipt to confirm your order. Delivery is digital and happens through the in-site chat or WhatsApp. Delivery times are typically 5–30 minutes but may extend during peak hours or when manual verification is needed.

Warranty and liability

We provide a full-duration replacement warranty for every subscription. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect account usage, third-party service outages, or the customer's device or network settings.

Additional rules

  • • All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise shown.
  • • We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.
  • • Misuse of coupons, referral credits, or promotional codes will result in order cancellation.
  • • Account credentials provided are for the purchased duration only; renewal is a separate order.
  • • These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
